Tacoma City Council announced today it has appointed David Boe to At-Large position No. 7 and Ryan Mello to At-Large position No. 8 at a special City Council meeting this morning. The two candidates were selected from 44 applicants. Boe is the founder of BOE Architects and serves on the city’s planning commission. Mello is the Pierce County Conservation Director for the Cascade Land Conservancy and currently serves as an elected commissioner for Metro Parks Tacoma.
