The work is located in 78th Ave. East from 128th St. E to 120th St. E. In 120th St. E from 78th Ave. E. to 74th Ave. E. and in 122nd St.. E. from 78th Ave. E. to the west approximately 950 feet. All located in the SE 1/4 of Sec. 8, T19N, R4E, , WM., Pierce County, WA.
