Members of the City Council are scheduled Aug. 12 to receive a congressional update from Congressman Adam Smith. As a second item on the agenda, staff from the University of Washington, Tacoma will provide and update on their master plan which will include phase one and phase two alternatives.

The Council will not take public comment during the noon study session in the Tacoma Municipal Building North, 733 Market St., Room 16.
