Council may vote on whether it supports Winthrop rehabilitation plan

Members of the City Council are scheduled to consider a resolution March 21 that would express support or opposition to the Winthrop Rehabilitation Project as proposed by A.F. Evans. The Council is scheduled to offer its opinion of the rehabilitation project in response to a request from the Housing Division staff of the State Department of Community Trade, and Economic Development.
