Shirley St. Suite 100, Ruston, WA 98407, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, Stack Hill, is located at 49th and Baltimore St., in Ruston, WA 98407, in Pierce County . This project involves 5+/acres of soil disturbance for the construction of single family homes in the Stack Hill Plat. The receiving water is the Puget Sound. Any persons desiring to present their views to the department of Ecology regarding this application may do so in writing within thirty days of the last date of publication of this notice.
