The Theater District Association will present a program on the status of the Elks Temple / McMenamins brewpub project at 6 p.m. on Weds., Dec. 8 in Tacoma City Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 747 Market St. Presentations will feature updates by Mike McMenamin on the transformation of the Elks Temple; Grace Pleasants and Rick Moses on the parking structure, retail, apartment and hotel components of the new construction; and Josh Clarke of the City of Tacoma. The latest design concepts will be revealed as well as discussion of several public amenity options. The project is due to be completed in 2012. The meeting is open to the public.
