Members of the City Council are scheduled to consider a resolution Oct. 30 that would approve a development agreement and a $1.65 million loan agreement with the Gintz Group, L.L.C., to help facilitate the acquisition and renovation of the Luzon Building downtown at South 13th Street and Pacific Avenue. If approved, the funds would be budgeted from the Community and Economic Development Special Revenue Fund.
