SiteCrafting, Inc., a Website design and Web application development company, is pleased to announce it has acquired the assets of the Web design and hosting company, Dynamics in Design, a division of Optic Fusion Inc. As of April 1, 2004, SiteCrafting is providing Web hosting, Website design and maintenance services for over 75 firms serviced by Dynamics in Design.

Optic Fusion Inc. President Rick Shanaman is looking forward to what is in store for Dynamics in Design customers. “SiteCrafting is dedicated to providing cutting edge design, Website management tools, and the highest level of customer service,” he said. “We have had a long and solid relationship with SiteCrafting and it is clear to me that Dynamics in Design customers are finding a very good home with SiteCrafting. This will also allow Optic Fusion Inc. to focus more on its core customers and business.”

The merging of the two companies includes the hiring of Dynamics in Design development staff by SiteCrafting and an agreement to make SiteCrafting the provider of all web design and hosting services to existing and future Optic Fusion Inc. Website customers.
