Members of the Tacoma City Council are scheduled Sept. 22 to receive a review from the City Manager regarding the City’s strategic vision related to housing policies. As a second item on the agenda, there will be a review of the proposed parking system implementation. The Council will not take public comment during the noon study session in the Tacoma Municipal Building North, 733 Market St., Room 16.
