Motorists traveling on State Route 167 in Puyallup will notice continued inspection activities occurring on the northbound SR 167 Puyallup River Bridge this weekend and next. From 4 a.m. to 1 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 26-27, and again on Sat., Nov. 2, Washington State Department of Transportation crews will close the northbound State Route 167 Puyallup River Bridge while crews clean and inspect various components of the bridge. Depending on progress, inspection activities may also occur over the same hours on Sun., Nov. 3. During the closures, crews will reconfigure the parallel southbound bridge to accommodate one northbound and one southbound lane across the river.
