The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) reported at 6:10 a.m. this morning that water over the roadway has closed the northbound lanes of State Route 7 in Spanaway. Southbound traffic is able to travel through the area.Northbound motorists are being detoured off the roadway at 133rd Street and Park Avenue.
