Members of the City Council are scheduled to have a public hearing on Jan. 20 at approximately 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers (747 Market St.) regarding the proposed sale of 7,801 square feet of surplus property located adjacent to the Cushman Transmission Line Right-of-Way to the City of Gig Harbor. The property would be used for a recreational trail and for trail facilities.
