Starting June 29, St. Helens Avenue will be under construction. Storm utility work will be underway from the intersection of Opera Alley down to 9th Street.

Access on St. Helens will be limited, but maintained for services and deliveries. Parking during this phase of construction will be restricted; those needing to park in the vicinity are encouraged to park along Broadway or Market streets. Signs and flaggers will be in place to notify drivers in the area of the traffic revisions.

The work will take place from 7 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. and is part of the final phase — phase four — of the Broadway Local Improvement District. The project is anticipated to be complete by the end of October.
