At its meeting on May 17, Tacoma City Council is scheduled to hear the first reading on an ordinance that would provide for a moratorium for up to six months on the acceptance of applications for the installation, erection, construction, replacement, modification or improvement of static or changing electronic, digital or changeable message billboards in all zoning districts.
