Due to construction on the Murray Morgan Bridge, traffic flaggers will be directing traffic on Dock Street on Sept. 13-14 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The closures are necessary as construction crews set up scaffolding along the bridge supports between Dock Street and the railroad tracks. Construction to restore vehicle traffic to the bridge started in mid-April and work is projected to be substantially complete by the end of 2012.
