Ken Dunmire served up hot dogs to a small group gathered around T-Town Hot Dogs in downtown Tacoma yesterday. The hot dog cart, which opened this week and is located near South 17th Street and Pacific Avenue, right across the street from the Tacoma Art Museum, is open for business from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
