Tax Parcel No. 051933-402-1 and commonly known as: 18716 Pioneer Way E, Orting, WA 98360 WHEREAS, on December 18, 2012, the Court ordered that all of the abovedescribed property be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of principal, interest, attorney fees, costs and disbursements and other recovery amounts with interest to date of the sale of the property.
