Submittals will be received and time stamped only at the Purchasing Division, located in the Tacoma Public Utilities Administration Building North, Main Floor, 3628 South 35th Street, Tacoma, WA 98409. Project Scope: This contract shall generally consist of removing the existing asphalt roadway surface along Mildred Street from South 19th Street to South 12th Street and replacing it with a 8" thick concrete roadway. Work will include the removal and replacement of storm water main and catch basins, cement concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, ADA curb ramps, traffic signal work, channelization and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
