It is ordered, adjudged, and decreed that the land and premises located at 10406 47th Avenue Southwest, Lakewood, WA 98499 and legally described as follows: LOT 2, BLOCK 3, CRONIN'S FIRST ADDITION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF FILED IN VOLUME 15 OF PLATS, PAGE 32 IN PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON. SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF PIERCE, STATE OF WASHINGTON. APN: 334000-0120 referred to in the Default Judgment be sold at public auction, as particularly set out in said Judgment. The total amount due and owing on the Judgment through May 20, 2013, is $228,932.59 consisting of the following: the judgment amount of $210,856.68; $11,436.00 awarded for attorneys' fees; $4,978.66 awarded for litigation costs; plus post-judgment interest accruing after May 20, 2013, at the rate of 6.25% per annum, of $581.25.00 ($23.25 per diem x 25 days); pursuant to paragraph 4 of the Judgment, post-judgment amounts advanced for attorneys' fees of $1080.00, and costs for publication and Sheriff's fees of an unknown amount.
