Submittals will be received and time stamped only at the Purchasing Division, located in the Tacoma Public Utilities Administration Building North, Main Floor, 3628 South 35th Street, Tacoma, WA 98409. Project Scope: This contract shall generally consist of removing and replacing approximately 650 track feet of track, restore sub-grade and replacing with AREMA 115# jointed new domestic head hardened rail and other track materials (OTM). In conjunction with the rail installation the contractor shall replace 3 track switches. The work will occur just west of the Tacoma Rail Main classification yard across Milwaukee Avenue.
