RFP Notice for Single Family Homeowner Occupied (Multiple Projects) The Tacoma Community Redevelopment Authority (TCRA) is seeking proposals with price quotes from qualified firms and organizations that possess demonstrated experience providing property rehabilitation services associated with its Single Family Homeowner Occupied Rehabilitation Loan Programs and a working knowledge of the associated Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding requirements that underlay the Program. The loan Program provides loans to qualified homeowners in an amount not to exceed $25,000. The loan funds are available for the correction of health and safety code violations and related habitability issues. To be eligible, an applicant's income must not exceed 80% of the AMI for Pierce County, adjusted for family size. Submissions are due on or before Wednesday, September 11th, 2013, at 4:00 p.m. PST at the TCRA offices.
