CITY OF FIRCREST CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Fircrest City Council will conduct a public hearing on September 10, 2013, commencing at 7:15 pm or shortly thereafter, to consider amendments to the City's Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code. The proposal would: 1. Amend the Land Use Designation on 0.55 acres from Low Density Residential to Park, Recreation and Open Space; and 2. Rezone 0.55 acres from Residential-6 to Park, Recreation and Open Space; and 3. Update the Capital Facilities Element Citizens attending the public hearing have the right to provide written and oral comments and ask questions. Written comment may also be sent to the City Clerk prior to the hearing at the City of Fircrest, 115 Ramsdell Street, Fircrest, WA 98466.
