CALL FOR BIDS Sealed Performance Proposals for: BUILDING MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE TACOMA PUBLIC LIBRARY, SPECIFICATION TPL #140901 will be received at the Business Office, Third Floor, Tacoma Public Library, 1102 Tacoma Avenue South, Tacoma, Washington 98402. Performance proposals will be received until 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 10, 2014 at which time the proposals will be opened by the Business Manager and the Accounting Assistant, or representatives designated by the Business Manager. The Tacoma Public Library is soliciting performance proposals from qualified firms to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform after-hours janitorial services as defined by specifications at all seven branch library facilities. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to 5 percent (5%) of the performance proposal including sales tax. Specifications may be obtained by intending Proposers at the Business Office, Third Floor, Tacoma Public Library, 1102 Tacoma Avenue South, Tacoma, Washington 98402 during regular office hours, Tuesday & Wednesday 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Thursday & Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. beginning at 9 a.m. on September 26, 2014.
