Handforth Gallery and Historic Tacoma will present the work of 25 artists who created postcards featuring local historic buildings and landmarks.

According to Historic Tacoma officials, the exhibit was organized in order to promote the non-profit organization’s mission to promote, conserve, and enhance Tacoma’s architectural character through education, advocacy, and preservation. Gallery visitors are encouraged to view the local postcards and learn more about how Historic Tacoma is attending to the city’s stock of historic buildings.

The postcard exhibit will be on display at Handforth Gallery, located at 1102 Tacoma Ave. S., in Tacoma, through Fri., Nov. 27. A preview party will be held at 2 p.m. on Sat., Nov. 7.
