The action seeks additional judgment against you for the unpaid obligation on the note of $20,635.96, plus interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of the filing of the complaint with the Court in the above-entitled action for breach of contract and fraud and additional damages for violations of Washington State Securities laws and the Washington State Consumer Protection Act, as well as collection costs and attorney's fees in accordance with the terms of the promissory note and an award of costs and reasonable attorney's fees in accordance with RCW 21.20.430 and RCW 19.86.190.
