The Plaintiff has started an action in the above court requesting a declaratory judgment against you. 2. The Complaint requests that the court grant the following relief: a declaratory judgment declaring the Plaintiff be entitled to an amount pursuant to the terms of the contract dated December 26, 2013 and for cost of suit and reasonable attorney's fees. 3.
