City of Ruston Notice of Application and Public Hearing The City of Ruston will hold a public hearing before the Hearing Examiner on June 10, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on a Conditional Use Permit and Variance application submitted by Lawrence and Elvira Upton, which proposes to construct an accessory dwelling unit at 5428 North 49th Street which exceeds the City's maximum height limit for accessory structures, but is within the overall maximum height limit for the Residential (RES) Zone. The public hearing will be held at the Ruston Community Center located at 5219 North Shirley Street, Ruston, WA 98407. All members of the public may provide testimony on the proposal during the public hearing or you may submit written comments prior to the public hearing.
