Writing Our History: Stories of Pierce County on HistoryLink.org

A team of writers has been adding new stories about Pierce County – from Carbonado to UW-Tacoma to furniture manufacturing to smallpox – to HistoryLink.org (the free, online encyclopedia of Washington state history). Thanks to funding from the Pierce County Landmarks & Historic Preservation Commission, a stream of new articles will be posted to the site this fall.
