WESCO INSURANCE COMPANY, a Delaware Corporation, Defendants. The State of Washington to the said Defendants Den Takataka and RoyalConcrete also dba JakTak Construction. You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty (60) days after the 19th day of February, 2020, and defend the above-entitled action in the above-entitled court, and answer the Complaint of the Plaintiff, Terry Nettles (Plaintiff), and serve a copy of your Answer upon the undersigned Plaintiff, at their residence below stated: and in case of your failure to do so, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the Complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said Court. The above-entitled action seeks to recover the principal owed to Plaintiff for the necessary costs to complete project originally contracted with the Defendant on July 3, 2019, but not satisfactorily completed in Gig Harbor, WA, $8102.00, together with interest, legal fees and costs, and other relief that the Court deems just and proper, which is more fully described in the Complaint.
