NOTICE OF VESSEL SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lakebay Marina & Resort will sell by public sale a Mako; Model Year; 2015; Length: 22’; HIN: BUJ48288I415; REG: ZV23580312, including her engines, machinery, and appurtenances. The sale will also include all personal property on board, unless removed by the owner prior to sale. The amount of the charges that are owing is $21,460, plus accruing amounts. The sale will be conducted by Lakebay Marina & Resort on Monday June 29, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Lakebay Marina & Resort, 15 Lorenz Road KPN, Lakebay, WA 98349. The last known owner of the vessel is Steven Wood, 4608 North Foxglove Dr. NW Gig Harbor WA 98332-8115. The purpose of the sale is to recover moorage and storage fees.
