Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will not be held.

Project Scope: The City of Tacoma, Environmental Services Department, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the establishment of one or more contracts to haul organic material consisting of storm watre BMP sediments, sanitary/storm sewer vactor and street sweeping debris, on an as-needed basis from the City’s Decant Facility located at 2101 Cleveland Way, Tacoma, WA 98421 to the landfill operated by Land Recovery, Inc., located at 30919 Meridian Ave E, Graham, WA 98338.

Estimate: $217,500.00, sales tax not applicable, for an initial two-yearterm, with the option to renew for three additional one-year terms, for an estimated project total of $543,750.00.
