Pre-Proposal Meeting: All prospective vendors are highly encouraged to attend the pre-proposal meeting on Thursday, March 18th, 2021, 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM, Pacific Time at the Center for Urban Waters, 326 East D Street, Tacoma WA 98421-1801 in Conference Room 238. Attendees will be required to wear masks and social distance during this meeting in accordance with CDC Guidelines and City of Tacoma requirements.
Project Scope: The Environmental Services Department seeks to engage a building management services and facilities engineering firm or a team of firms qualified to provide building operations, management, and maintenance services for the Center for Urban Waters, a LEED-EBOM Gold Certified office and laboratory building located at 326 East D Street in Tacoma, Washington. The proposed term of the contract is five years. Estimate: $7,300,000
