LEGAL NOTICE

CITY OF TACOMA, WASHINGTON

Notice is hereby given that the Tacoma City Council, at its regular City Council meeting of Tuesday, March 23, 2021, passed the following ordinances. The summary of the contents of said ordinances, consisting of the title, are as follows: Ordinance No. 28745 An ordinance providing for the formation of Local Improvement District No. 8669, establishing a grade and the placement of upgraded permanent street pavement with a structural section, together with the installation of concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks, surface water mains, and surface water catch basins, where needed on Fir Street, from North 13th Street to North 15th Street.

Ordinance No. 28746 An ordinance providing for the formation of Local Improvement District No. 8670, establishing a grade and the placement of upgraded permanent street pavement with a structural section, together with the installation of concrete curbs, gutters, surface water mains, and surface water catch basins, where needed on Ferry Street, from South 12th Street to South 14th Street.
