You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty (60) days after the 26th day of October, 2023, and defend the above-entitled action in the above-entitled court, and answer the Complaint of the Plaintiff, JANET E. TALLEY, f/k/a JANET E. TAYLOR, an unmarried individual, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for the Plaintiff, Eisenhower Carlson PLLC and Darren R. Krattli, at the office address below stated; and in case of your failure to do so, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the Complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court. Plaintiff’s Complaint seeks to quiet title in certain real property commonly known as 4109 – 118th St. E, Tacoma, Washington 98446 (Pierce County Tax Parcel No. 0319122017).
This Summons is issued pursuant to Rule 4 of the Superior Court Civil Rules of the State of Washington, RCW 4.28.100, and RCW 4.28.110.
