JW Morrissette & Associates, Steve Willie, PO Box 3123 Lacey, WA 98509-3123, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology’s Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The project: N. Highland St. and N Shirley St – 52nd to Park Ave, located at N Highland St. and N Shirley St. – 52nd St. to Park Ave. in Ruston in Pierce County. This project involves 0.06 acres of soil disturbance for street maintenance activities. Stormwater runoff, if any, will be infiltrated into the ground.
