Cherry Orchard Townhouses, a new apartment complex located near the intersection of Orchard and Center streets, is opening this Saturday.

The complex, which is made up of four separate buildings, includes 29 2-bedroom units for $795 per month and two 3-bedroom units for $1,095 per month. Appliances include a washer and dryer.

Eight of the 31 units have already been taken, said manager Jenny Wilson.
