City Council members are scheduled to hear a presentation on the state of Tacomas neighborhoods during the Oct. 4 study session, including comments from representatives of each of the Citys eight neighborhood councils. The Council is also scheduled to hear about a proposed agreement with the Health Department Agreement Task Force, including representatives from the City of Tacoma and Pierce County. The task force has been working to revise a 1991 agreement between the City and Pierce County regarding the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department. The public may attend the noon study session in Room 16, Tacoma Municipal Building North, 733 Market St., but the Council will not take public comment. CityPost (Channel 85 on Click!, Channel 77 on Comcast) will air the audio portion of the session live. Replays of the study session audio may be heard Wednesday nights at 7 p.m. on CityPost (Channel 85 on Click!, Channel 77 on Comcast).
