Members of the City Council are scheduled to discuss the 2006 mid-biennium budget adjustments and details of the proposal for a community-based services pilot program during the Nov. 15 study session. The session agenda also includes discussion of proposed changes to the Tacoma Municipal Code related to fee schedules for selected services and an update on the Request for Qualifications and Proposals for management of the City’s performing arts facilities – the Pantages Theater, Rialto Theater and Theatre on the Square. The public may attend the noon study session in Room 16, Tacoma Municipal Building North, 733 Market St., but the Council will not take public comment.
