A nonprofit environmental research group gives mixed reviews to the Puget Sound region in a report released yesterday.

Seattle-based Northwest Environment Watch says greenhouse gasses appear to be leveling off and roadless areas in national forests have stopped shrinking, although 10 acres of Puget Sound-area land were paved each way during the 1990s for development use.
