The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on May 16 at 5 p.m., in the City Council Chambers located on First Floor, 747 Market Street, on the draft code amendments in response to the City’s moratorium on Planned Residential Development (PRD) districts. The draft code amendments would modify the open space requirement for PRD developments and modify the process and requirements for modifications to approved PRD developments. The hearing is intended to assist the commission in evaluating the draft amendments and formulating its findings and recommendations for submittal to the Council.
