Members of the City Council are scheduled on Nov. 4 to receive a presentation on the proposed 2009-2010 Biennial Budget. The presentation will include an overview of the City’s budget development policies, the priorities for the 2009-2010 budget and the proposed strategies for bridging the recession. The Council will not take public comment during the noon study session in the Tacoma Municipal Building North, 733 Market St., Room 16.
