Tacoma-based Bratrud Middleton Insurance has appointed Willa N. McCarthy as Corporate Secretary.

McCarthy has over 18 years of experience at Bratrud Middleton in financial services and accounting.

She joined Bratrud Middleton in 1984 because of a merger with Bratrud Middleton and her former employer – Bratrud Middleton

Financial Services, Inc. She has served in various capacities at Bratrud, most recently as Accounting Manager.

A Lacey resident, McCarthy first worked in the Life Department for Bratrud until she moved to the Accounting Department in 1989.

In 1996, she was promoted to Accounting Manager and has remained in that capacity since.
