Say “Trick-or-treat!” when you visit local merchants in the Proctor and Stadium districts this Halloween.

From 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., merchants along Proctor Street, from North 25th to North 28th streets and other side streets will give out holiday candy to costumed children during the annual Proctor Treats.

From 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., the Stadium Business Community will offer treats and games along Tacoma Avenue, from North First Street to Division Avenue.
The streets in both areas will be closed to traffic.
