Performance proposals will be received until 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at which time the proposals will be opened by the Business Manager and the Accounting Technician, or representatives designated by the Business Manager. The Tacoma Public Library is soliciting performance proposals from qualified firms to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform landscape care and grounds maintenance as defined by specifications at all eight branch library facilities. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to 5 percent (5%) of the performance proposal including sales tax.
