Per diem interest in the amount of $31.69 multiplied by 30 days results in additional interest in the amount of $950.70 which when added to the sum of $268,611.30 results in a total judgment amount of $269,562.00. WHEREAS, the judgment is a foreclosure against parties of a Deed of Trust Mortgage on real estate in Pierce County, Washington, described as follows: PARCEL A: LOT 10, PIERCE COUNTY LARGE LOT NO. 3067, ACCORDING TO MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 31 OF SURVEYS, PAGE 67, A PORTION OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 17 NORTH, RANGE 2 EAST, WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN, WHICH LARGE LOT SUPERSEDES LARGE LOT NO. 2631, RECORDS OF PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON PARCEL B: PRIVATE ROAD AND UTILITY EASEMENT AS SHOWN ON THE SUBJECT LARGE LOT. Tax Parcel No. 021727-2024 and commonly known as: 8012 360th Street South, Roy, WA 98580 WHEREAS, on August 2, 2013, the Court ordered that all of the above-described property be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of principal, interest, attorney fees, costs and disbursements and other recovery amounts with interest to date of the sale of the property. NOW, THEREFORE, in the name of the STATE OF WASHINGTON, you are hereby commanded to proceed to seize and sell forthwith and without appraisement, the property above-described, in the manner provided by law, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the judgment amount plus interest to the date of sale.
