Interest accruing at the 12% statutory rate multiplied by 97 days results in additional interest in the amount of $8,169.34, which when added to the sum of $256,173.57 results in a total judgment amount of $264,342.91. WHEREAS, the judgment is a foreclosure against parties of a Deed of Trust Mortgage on real estate in Pierce County, Washington, described as follows: LOT 1 TO 5, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 8740, THE INDIAN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF TACOMA, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 7 OF PLATS AT PAGE 30, SITUATE IN PIERCE COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON. Tax Parcel No. 471502-0960 and commonly known as: 1302 East Morton Street, Tacoma, WA 98404 WHEREAS, on October 4, 2013, the Court ordered that all of the above-described property be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of principal, interest, attorney fees, costs and disbursements and other recovery amounts with interest to date of the sale of the property.
