Gil-Fregoso and Jane Doe Gil-Fregoso, husband and wife, or state registered domestic partners, which is for the sum of $10,886.67 Total original judgment amount, plus interest thereon at the rate of 12% per annum from January 25, 2013; plus $176.29 for the regular semi-annual assessments due on the first (1st) day of July and January from the date of the original judgment until sheriff's sale (attorney calculation); plus interest thereon at the rate of twelve percent (12%) each month in which their account is not paid in full by the sixteenth (16th) of each month after the date of original judgment until sheriff's sale (attorney calculation); which said Judgment is entered in the Execution Docket of the Superior Court as Judgment Number 13-901003-9, and whereas the said Judgment is a foreclosure against Carlos A. Gil-Fregoso and Jane Doe Gil-Fregoso, husband and wife, or state registered domestic partners, an assessment lien on the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, situated in Pierce County, State of Washington: AND WHEREAS, said Judgment does not provide for a redemption period following the sheriff's sale; THEREFORE, in the name of the State of Washington, you are hereby commanded that you proceed to seize and sell forthwith, and without appraisement, the above described property, in the manner provided by law; or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the Judgment, interest and costs.
