WHEREAS, 44 days elapsed from July 11, 2013 through the entry of judgment on August 23, 2013. Per diem interest in the amount of $29.53 multiplied by 44 days results in additional interest in the amount of $1,299.32, which when added to the sum of $266,789.10 results in a total judgment amount of $268,088.42. WHEREAS, the judgment is a foreclosure against parties of a Deed of Trust Mortgage on real estate in Pierce County, Washington, described as follows: THE NORTH 64.40 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: COMMENCING ON THE NORTH LINE OF MIDLAND SUMMIT HIGHWAY AT A POINT 583.24 FEET EAST OF ITS INTERSECTION WITH THE EAST LINE OF DARTMOUTH STREET IN PLAT OF SOUTH TACOMA LAND COMPANY'S FIRST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF TACOMA, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME 4 OF PLATS AT PAGE(S) 82 AND 83, IN PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON; THENCE PARALLEL WITH SAID LINE OF DARTMOUTH STREET NORTH 314.4 FEET; THENCE PARALLEL WITH SAID LINE OF MIDLAND SUMMIT HIGHWAY EAST 126.48 FEET; THENCE PARALLEL WITH SAID LINE OF DARTMOUTH STREET SOUTH 314.4 FEET TO SAID LINE OF MIDLAND SUMMIT HIGHWAY; THENCE ON SAID LINE OF HIGHWAY WEST 126.48 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; (ALSO KNOWN AS REVISED PARCEL B OF BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENT RECORDED JANUARY 25, 2001 UNDER RECORDING NO. 200101255003.) Tax Parcel No. 031903-2115 and commonly known as: 9803 10th Ave E, Tacoma, WA 98445 WHEREAS, on August 23, 2013, the Court ordered that all of the above-described property be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of principal, interest, attorney fees, costs and disbursements and other recovery amounts with interest to date of the sale of the property.
