Sneed; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; Occupants of the Premises; and any persons or parties claiming to have any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the real property described in the complaint ("Defendants"). The Judgment forecloses the interests of all the Defendants in and to the following described property ("Property") commonly known as 15513 40th Avenue East, Tacoma, WA 98446 for the total sum of $249,141.43 with interest thereon at the rate of 7.350% per annum beginning on December 4, 2014 until satisfied. The Property situated in Pierce County, State of Washington, is legally described as: LOT 58, CASCADE PLACE, A P.D.D., ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED OCTOBER 31, 1996 UNDER RECORDING NUMBER 9610310370, RECORDS OF PIERCE COUNTY AUDITOR. TOGETHER WITH A PRIVATE ROAD AND UTILITIES EASEMENT AS DELINEATED ON SAID PLAT. EXCEPT FROM SAID EASEMENT THAT PORTION LYING WITHIN SAID LOT 58. SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF PIERCE, STATE OF WASHINGTON.
