Per diem interest in the amount of $46.54 multiplied by 3 days results in additional interest in the amount of $139.62, which when added to the sum of $390,373.61 results in a total judgment amount of $390,513.23. WHEREAS, the judgment is a foreclosure against parties of a Deed of Trust Mortgage on real estate in Pierce County, Washington, described as follows: THE LAND REFERRED TO IN THIS GUARANTEE IS SITUATED IN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON, COUNTY OF PIERCE, CITY OF SUMNER, AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 4 EAST OF THE W.M., IN PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON; THENCE SOUTH 85 DEGREES 10' WEST 60.2 FEET; THENCE PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID SECTION, NORTH 727.41 FEET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF ACADEMY AVENUE; THENCE ON SAID SOUTH LINE 89 DEGREES 19' WEST 360 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUING SOUTH 89 DEGREES 19' WEST 120 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF 18TH STREET; THENCE ON SAID EAST LINE OF STREET SOUTH 238 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 19' EAST 120 FEET; THENCE NORTH 238 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING IN PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON. Tax Parcel No. 042024-4179 and commonly known as: 1804 Academy Street, Sumner, WA 98390 WHEREAS, on April 16, 2015, the Court ordered that all of the above-described property be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of principal, interest, attorney fees, costs and disbursements and other recovery amounts with interest to date of the sale of the property. NOW, THEREFORE, in the name of the STATE OF WASHINGTON you are hereby commanded to proceed to seize and sell forthwith and without appraisement, the property above-described, in the manner provided by law, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the judgment amount plus interest to the date of sale.
